Venezuela Invites OPEC Countries to Jointly Create Oil-Backed Crypto Platform

Inviting OPEC Nations

Additionally, "The utilization of petro is going to be encouraged by PDVSA and other public and joint ventures, as well as federal public entities and regional and local governments," the whitepaper also revealed. On Tuesday the Superintendency of Cryptocurrencies announced the "PDVSA will utilize the petro in its industry relations."
